Singapore, a city with the size of 710 square kilometers, lies 137 km north of the equator. It has a tropical rainforest climate, with hot weather persists throughout the year. Temperatures range from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. Compared to Hong Kong, Singapore is less stuffy and has cleaner air.
With this hot weather in Singapore, one would often associate it with beaches and sunbathing! For those of you who love swimming and sunshine but can’t be bothered to travel all the way to Singapore’s Sentosa Island, check out this stunning rooftop pool at the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel!
Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
The MBS is a relatively new landmark in Singapore and was first opened in 2010.
Located beside the Marina Bay, it is an integrated resort consists of the magnificent Shoppes Mall which sells luxury brands, a casino and a hotel.
Infinity Pool at MBS
The infinity pool right at the top is my favorite pool on earth! It offers a bird’s eye view of Singapore and you feel that the world is your osyters!
The view is even more spectacular if you go swimming in the evening. You should then party the night through at the Ku de ta bar which is right beside the pool. Staying at MBS starts from about S$450 per night.
