We have previously written a post about having high tea at Cafe Landmark, and today I shall introduce their lunch. Popular among celebrities, Cafe Landmark offers a sophisticated and relaxed dining environment. Service is always excellent!
First, I had the Classic Lobster Bisque, with French lobster tail (HK$98). The texture of the lobster was awesome and the soup was served in a very hot plate, which totally warms me up despite the cold weather in Hong Kong.
Then I had their signature Lobster Linguine, roasted lobster is served in a creamy lobster sauce (HK$250). You can ask the chef to remove the lobster shall for you in advance, but if you are not planning to, it is not a big issue sine the meat of the lobsters could be easily taken out by a fork.
To compliment my lobster dishes which are quite heavy and filling, I’ve ordered a Ginger lemon honey drink. They have also got a lobster salad, but I shall introduce Landmark Cafe’s other famous and delicious dishes at another time. As for high tea, please check out my previous post on their Mango Soufflé & Abalone Shumai.
