Appetizers
Apart from the usual biscuits, different types of cheese and sushi which most western buffets in town offer, Harbourside has fresh seafood including Lobsters sliced in half, King Prawns, King Crab legs, and more!
Main Course
The highlights include Freshly Seared Foie Gras/ Beef/ Duck/ Lamb/ Pork. These are all prepared on the spot by the Chef and they taste impeccable!
Fried Scallop is definitely a must eat item! The scallop is soft and it is very fresh, it goes very well with the mushrooms.
Harbourside’s signature buffet definitely won’t be able to impress me if they don’t have this Bird’s Nest Seafood Soup! However, it is quite filling!
Desserts
Definitely the best part of the dinner buffet!! They offer a wide range of Chinese and Western desserts, which one is your favorite? I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
